In the present state of technology, single drum machines producing in large sizes and low speed, therefore, they are low in efficiency. Present machines consist of a single drum surrounded by small cylinders. Therefore, the processing speed of fabric coming through a single drum shall be limited. In some cases, machines are used by Tandem in order to increase the speed of the process, however, such arrangement does not prove advantageous as it occupies a lot of space.
While working, the fabric and the brush are heated due to the friction while in brushing process. The brush having got heated in time cannot carry out its work properly, which reduces the efficiency of the machine. The nature of the effect thereof on the heated fabric, on the other hand, shall change. A system that will help cool these equipments shall not be available in the present technology.
Such machine consisting of a single drum occupies a large volume with many surrounding cylinders. And high volume machines pose diffiiculties especially during transportation. Besides, as the machine has a single drum, its speed of processing the fabric shall be limited. Again, this invention does not have a mechanism that will help the heat resulting due to friction be taken out of the system.
